Great service! My friend's Mom passed away, and she was staying at her family's home. I live in Northern California and looked online for local florists in that area to send flowers. I spoke with them on the phone and they helped me pick the right thing. The called me later that day to tell me they tried delivering the arrangement but no one was home. She then said to me that it was too hot to leave flowers on the porch. She offered to take them back, put them in the fridge, and try the next day again.
